Behaviour Support Worker Needed - Birmingham I am working with a school that are recruiting for an alternative provision school in Birmingham that need a Behaviour Support worker, to support the children they have on role. This role is potentially a permanent role for the right candidate and is to start from September 2025. The school is an alternative provision setting and they cater for students from EYFS to KS5, all students have a full EHCP in place and SEMH needs. The school have a nurturing and caring environment and are passionate about supporting the needs of their students.The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Experience of outreach work and supportA willing to be flexible & adaptableworking on own initiative Experience of providing training Experience of working & supporting children and young people with SEMH needsIdeally QTS but non QTS will be considered on an individual basis Excellent communication skillsYou must hold a valid,UK driving licence and have a sound knowledge of the curriculum and assessment.
