Care Director - Children's Services, Residential Care. Transitional Services. Birmingham, West Midlands.

My client is a well established care group, looking to appoint an experienced individual into a key role within the senior leadership team, as Director of Care.

They have a range of services for adults and young people, and whilst they already have a successful portfolio you will be joining at a crucial point in time where the organisation will be embarking on a period of expansion and service development. You will play a critical role in not only driving excellence within the existing services, but also the design, development and opening of new services.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has solid commercial skills and an excellent understanding of the care sector, ideally gained in children's services. This will be coupledwith in-depth knowledge of quality, compliance, legislation andregulatory requirements.

You will know how to develop a high performing team of Home Managers, enabling and empowering them to strive towards achieving Outstanding ratings with Ofsted. Whilst growth is at the forefront of current plans, it is imperative that you know how to drive expansion in conjunction with the best possible levels of quality, compliance and safety.
