Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and make necessary adjustments.

- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from residents or their families.
