We are seeking a Multi trade operative for a permanent position in the Goole area with a reputable social housing contractor.
The role involves completing tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and painting & decorating in occupied properties.
Candidates must hold a qualification in either carpentry or plumbing, have relevant experience in social housing, and possess a full UK driving licence and their own tools.
The position offers a base salary of £33,000 along with a £1,500 yearly productivity bonus and potential earnings of up to £9,000 extra per year through call-out options.

We are looking for a Multi trade operative in the Goole area to work on a permanent contract for a well-established social housing contractor. You will be working on the repairs and maintenance team, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Maintenance works in occupied properties

We are looking for a Multi trade operative who:

Holds a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing
Has relevant experience within social housing
Holds a full UK driving licence
Has their own tools

In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:

33,000 base salary
1,500 yearly productivity bonus
Company van & fuel card
Call out options - earn up to 9,000 extra per year
Permanent employment
