  • Applying your knowledge of legislation and best practices in adult care.

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Adult Social Care (assessment or long-term).
  • Strong communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and solution-focused approach.
  • Confident in multi-agency working and risk assessment.
  • A genuine passion for supporting adults and promoting independence.
