Sage X3 Support Consultant - 40K - 50K (UK Remote)

Are you a Sage X3 expert looking to take your skills into a client-focused support role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most established and respected Sage Partners, supporting a wide range of mid-market ERP clients across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.

Our client, a leading Sage solutions provider with a strong presence in the mid-market sector, is expanding their Support team due to increased demand within their Sage X3 implementations. You'll join a friendly, experienced team, working closely with other Sage X3 specialists and a dedicated Support Manager.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on Sage X3 implementation or support experience who is looking to join a growing business with a very collaborative environment without regular travel.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of escalation for complex Sage X3 issues, providing expert guidance to clients and colleagues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional queries efficiently, maintaining a professional and customer-first approach.

  • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants to ensure seamless project handovers post go-live.

  • Support related activities across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing modules, including SEI reporting and configuration.

  • Share knowledge within the support team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.



Essential Skills

  • Proven experience with Sage X3-covering Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.

  • Understanding of reporting, configuration, and Microsoft Office

  • A background in software or application support, ideally within ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for end users.

  • A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
