Senior Supervising Social worker

Salary: 40,000-44,000 + 2,400 travel allowance

NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supervising a caseload of carers within Birmingham and surrounding areas
Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
Assist in the training and development of foster carers

Requirements:

Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
2-3 years experience working in the fostering sector as a social worker
Up to date with current legislation
