Teach Match is currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of welcoming and supportive schools across Birmingham. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to support pupils who require additional help in the classroom, whether academically, emotionally, or behaviourally. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in education and are committed to supporting students to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored learning programmes
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to support student progress
  • Encourage pupil independence and emotional well-being.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people in any setting
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable approach
  • A genuine interest in supporting students with a range of learning needs
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
