Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting children as a learning support assistant with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 3 months of recent experience in an SEN or mainstream school as a learning support assistant

• Is patient, adaptable, and able to build trust with pupils

• Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team

• Can reliably travel to Erdington for school placements
