Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN, adapting learning materials and strategies to meet their individual needs.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties).
A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing.

Desirable:

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training).
