Are you a passionate and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference? We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable TAs for daily supply roles at a welcoming special school in Erdington.

This unique setting provides specialist support to secondary-aged pupils with a diverse range of needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

As a SEN TA, you will:

Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

Assist with personalised learning programmes

Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

We're looking for candidates who:

Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND

Are calm, patient, and empathetic

Can adapt quickly to new environments and pupils' individual needs

Are flexible and reliable for day-to-day assignments
