Salary: M1-M6 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons across a range of subjects and age groups
Create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Monitor and track student progress, providing tailored feedback and support
Develop and implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the curriculum effectively
Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and contribute to the school community
Maintain strong communication with parents to ensure the well-being and academic progress of students
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - M1-M6 pay scale
Experience in teaching (primary or secondary, depending on the role)
Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment strategies
Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching
The ability to engage students and promote a positive learning environment
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
