Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a special school in the B14 area, supporting pupils with a range of complex learning needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Special Educational Needs teacher or a passionate mainstream teacher with strong SEN experience looking to make a difference in a highly rewarding environment.

The Role:

Teach and support pupils with complex needs, including autism, PMLD, SLD, and sensory impairments.

Plan and deliver differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning plans.

Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to learning and care.

Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes personal and academic development.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience working with children with SEN and complex needs

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching

Commitment to making a positive impact in every child's learning journey
