We're looking for a proactive IT & AV Support Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. This hands-on role focuses heavily on AV support, alongside general IT troubleshooting and service delivery. You'll provide technical assistance to users at all levels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities for the :

  • Provide face-to-face and remote IT and AV support.
  • Set up and troubleshoot meeting room equipment and video conferencing tools.
  • Log and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Deliver a meet-and-greet service for VIP meetings and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors.
  • Document fixes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with IT equipment moves, reporting, and service improvements.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience with AV/video conferencing equipment.
  • Strong IT troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Calm, organised, and confident under pressure.
  • Great communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

  • Commercial IT support experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ITIL, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with mobile tech (Windows, iOS, Android).
