Supply Heroes are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach / Teacher to join a wonderful Primary School in Sparkhill, Birmingham. You will be responsible for delivering Sports and P.E across Early Years to Year 6 8:30am to 4:15pm on a flexible basis.
In this role you will have the opportunity to coach various sports to early years and primary aged children where you will be responsible for providing quality education and guidance to young children. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and minds of young children.
Duties:
Create and implement Sports and P.E lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to promote positive health and within team sports
Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the needs of each child
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment in the sports hall and on the playing fields
Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with education
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in P.E, Sports Studies or equivalent
Level 3 Sports Coaching Award or Qualified Teacher Status with a passion for teaching PE
Experience in sports coaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
