Senior Estimator - Birmingham
Senior Estimator - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Senior Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to play a pivotal role in securing and shaping future projects major design and build projects across the West Midlands.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar estimating role.
- Proven track record of pricing D&B and traditional build projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Conquest, Causeway, or similar).
Key Duties:
- Lead the preparation of tenders, cost plans, and budgets.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
- Work collaboratively with the design, planning, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of cost and programme.
Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £70,000 - £90,000
- Company car allowance (£6,500)
- Performance related bonus
- Pension & Healthcare
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Estimator tendering projects ranging from £10m and above.
