The Company:
A leading main contractor with a presence across the UK. The business, are known for their expertise across the 'Building' sector, with experience delivering a host of different new build & refurbishment projects, ranging from 10m to 100m.
The Role:
- Lead preperation of detailed and accurate cost plans and pricing for a variety of projects
- Working on different tender forms: Single Staged Tenders, Two Staged, Negotiated & Frameworks
- Issue tender enquiries to supply chain
- Software: Conquest
- Working collaboratively with team & supply chain during tender stage to define scope & costs
Ideal Candidate:
- Worked with a Tier One or Two Main Contractor
- Building sector experience
- Conquest experience
- Capable of working within tight deadlines
- Typically, working on up to 2x tenders a month
Reporting directly into a Head of Pre-Construction. With the support of 2x other Senior Estimators.
