Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Labour Supply Manager to take charge of managing on-site contractors and overseeing a dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry connections, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to match the right workforce to project needs. You will play a key role in ensuring labour resources are delivered effectively to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all on-site contractors, ensuring smooth integration into projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agencies, and industry contacts.
  • Lead and develop a team, ensuring high performance and efficient delivery of labour supply operations.
  • Allocate labour resources daily to meet project timelines and client requirements.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and site leads to understand workforce needs.
  • Ensure all contractors comply with company policies, health & safety, and legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate workforce records and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in labour allocation and contractor management.
  • Support the wider operations team in meeting business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in labour supply, contractor management, or a related role.
  • Strong network of industry connections and ability to source skilled labour quickly.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
