Description

Profile

A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience across Section 11's and 82's, part 35 reports and providing expert witness testimonials
  • Practical experience in property inspections and disrepair assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of housing and construction regulations in the public sector.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for reporting and record-keeping.
