API Manager with extensive experience designing and developing API's is sought on a hybrid basis by a market leading leisure brand based in Birmingham.

With a new suite of automation and real time solution products in the pipeline this API Manager will take ownership of the company's API project tasked with reviewing, fixing and improving the API that forms the cornerstone of the organization market success.

This API Manager can expect to join a highly motivated, friendly and collaborative team that is using technology to disrupt and improve the leisure sector.

Given the company's growth plan this API Manager will have a clear progression path over the next 12 months into a technical lead role.

This API Manager based near Birmingham should have experience with following key skills:

- Designing and developing API's ideally within a high growth tech business
- managing API security and authentication,
- monitoring API performance
- managing API documentation
- Agile software development experience ideally with PHP skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills who would thrive in a fast paced, engaging environment
