The ideal Urology Theatre Scrub Practitioner will have:
- Current NMC Pin or HCPC Registration
- Post-graduate experience as a Scrub Practitioner in an operating theatre
- Strong experience in robotic-assisted surgery, particularly with the da Vinci system
- A passion for urology and minimally invasive techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
