Principal Transport Planner

Dawson Levy are excited to be recruiting for Principal Transport Planner to work on a wide variety of complex transport schemes around the UK. In order to be suitable for this role, you must have experience within a similar Transport Planner role with transport assesments and travel plans knowledge. You should be proficient with LINSIG, ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS or similar packages. A strong communication ability is also essential (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Providing technical support and advice on complex schemes.
• An understand Transport policy with knowledge of Transport Appraisal, travel planning and software's.
• Preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• IT software skills such as Microsoft packages
• SATURN, VISUM, TRICS, TRANSYT, LINSIG, TRAVL, ARCADY, PICADY experience.
• Looking for someone who has strong- report writing skills, analytical thinking and can manage time effectively.
