You'll be working on a diverse and challenging portfolio of projects-from large-scale masterplans and urban regeneration schemes to innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UK.   • Leading the preparation of high-quality Transport Assessments, Statements, and Travel Plans
  • Overseeing transport modelling and technical analyses, ensuring robust and deliverable outcomes
  • Acting as project director on key developments, managing delivery from concept to completion
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional growth
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Playing a key role in business development, contributing to proposals and client engagement
  • Providing strategic transport and movement input into masterplans and design proposals
  • Keeping abreast of policy changes, emerging trends, and innovations in transport planning
