Early Years Learner Progress Champion: Salary and Expenses

Purpose of the role: Early Years Learner Progress Champion

You will play a key part in overseeing all learner progression. Working closely with apprenticeship tutors, you will monitor and identify early indicators of disengagement or under performance and implement timely interventions.

Providing mentorship and coaching to learners who require additional needs during their completion of Early Years apprenticeship qualifications.

Early Years Learner Progress Champion: Essentials

  • At least 3 years experience as an Early Years Assessor
  • Experience in supporting learners with additional academic or pastoral needs
  • Comfortable supporting learners with Functional Skills
  • Track record in learner completions
