Salary: £33,637 per annum + overtime + bonus
On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (Uncapped)
Holiday: 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday (compulsory): 8:00am – 12:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Carry out mobile truck tyre fitting, including roadside assistance and out-of-hours callouts.
Deliver high standards of workmanship and ensure accurate completion of all relevant paperwork.
Maintain excellent customer service standards on every job.
Handle manual loading and unloading of tyres.
Operate in compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
Manage tasks effectively in a busy and sometimes demanding environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in commercial tyre fitting (including roadside work).
NTDA REACT training (preferred).
Ability to work confidently alone and manage workload effectively.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Flexible approach, with willingness to work overtime and participate in call-outs.
