Senior Vehicle Technician

Location: Cubbington, Warwickshire

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Position

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience) (Potential OT)

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, hard-working, passionate, and reliable Senior Vehicle Technicianto take on a key role within a well-established, customer-focused independent garage with a strong reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Vehicle Technician Include:

Lead the workshop team by upholding company policies, standards, and discipline

Ensure workshop quality standards are met through regular checks

Complete comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks

Review Vehicle Health Checks for accuracy, clarity, and identification of additional required work

Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of customer vehicles

Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and performance

Assist in performance evaluations of the technical team

Take the lead in complex diagnostics and fault resolution

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced, motivated, and skilled Senior Vehicle Technician with a background in either independent garages or Autocenter's

Extensive experience working on a variety of vehicle makes

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

Must hold a valid UK driving license

What’s on Offer:

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 – £42,000, depending on experience (plus overtime potential)

40-hour working week (1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis)
