- Location: 4 days a week on site in Perry Bar, with a dedicated 1 x day working from their brand new head office in Birmingham for planning and admin.
- Cohort: You’ll support a group of 6-10 learners.
- Role Split: A mix of job coaching and tutoring.
- Helping them understand and perform job tasks.
- Liaising with employers around reasonable adjustments.
- Developing key work-based skills like communication and time management.
- Embedded functional skills in Maths and English.
- Work-readiness content tailored to feedback from job coaching.
- £30, 395 – if you have a Level 5 teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, DTLLS, etc.)
- £28, 143 - if you have aLevel 3 teaching qualification (e.g. AET Level 3 / PTLLS) with solid teaching experience, ideally involving functional skills. After 6 months, the charity will fund your Level 5 qualification.
- Interviews will take place on 29th Jul 2025 / 30th Jul 2025 – you will also be asked to conduct a microteach.
