Location: Birmingham, Longbridge.Contract Type: Full time & Part time Temporary hours availableSalary: £26 - £30 per hour including holiday pay.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons in painting, wallpapering, surface preparation, and decorative techniques.
- Support learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their full potential.
- Develop course materials and assessments that reflect current industry standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry experience in painting and decorating.
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- A genuine passion for education and student success.
