Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plumber for a contract role in Birmingham with a leading Social Housing company.
The position offers a pay rate of £19.77 per hour through CIS or Umbrella PAYE, with overtime paid at enhanced rates.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, and a van and fuel card will be provided for the role.
Candidates must have a City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification, along with essential plumbing experience and a full UK driving license.
A DBS check is required, but assistance will be provided for obtaining it.

For the successful Plumber our client is offering:

£19.77 per hour CIS / Umbrella PAYE
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent
Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Plumber

Working throughout Birmingham
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Plumber

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Plumber experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
