A leading construction consultancy is looking for a CIBSE-qualified Senior Associate to join their Midlands team and deliver MEP building surveying and asset management services

Role: Technical Senior Associate 

Location: Midlands Hybrid

Salary: £80,000-£85,000 Plus Car allowance £6,000 + Bonus

Quals - CIBSE electrical mechanical or plumbing (MEP)

 

About the Role:

You will lead Mechanical & Electrical  building surveying programmes, oversee asset verification and data capture, and ensure high-quality project delivery. This role is highly collaborative, working across multi-disciplinary teams, and includes mentoring junior staff and supporting project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead MEP building surveying and asset management projects
  • Oversee survey programmes, including asset verification and data capture
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of technical outputs
  • Support project delivery and client engagement
  • Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on technical and systems processes
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the consultancy

Requirements:

  • CIBSE-qualified (essential)
  • Proven experience in MEP building surveying and asset management
  • Strong technical knowledge either mechanical or Electricall ideally 
  • Experience managing survey programmes and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
