A leading a multi-disciplined and fully integrated architectural design consultancy have an immediate requirement for a for a competent and technically astute architectural technician to join them at their offices in Hertfordshire.
Location: Bishop's Stortford CM23 2UW - Office based initially.
Salary: Circa 40,000 - 45,000 - open to anyone looking for contract / self-employed.
Essential Skills:
- Stage 2-4 drawings packages using AutoCad.
- UK Building Regs and specifications.
- Commercial experience rather than residential.
As Architectural Technician / Technologist your key role will be to:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information across multiple project stages.
- Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to support successful project delivery.
- Attend site visits and assist with inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical queries.
- Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
