Junior Quality Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturing

Rare opportunity for an aspiring Quality Engineer or Mechanical Inspector to develop their career with an established aerospace parts manufacturer. This role has a structured plan to train and develop you into a senior quality engineer. This role supports the Quality and Inspection teams across inspection, auditing and quality reporting, offering hands-on experience and structured training in manufacturing quality at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake structured training to develop the skills to become a competent Quality Engineer.

  • Assist with internal audit activities and support external audits (e.g. customer, Nadcap).

  • Support the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for customers, internal processes and suppliers.

  • Assist with PPAP, supplier assessments, monitoring of quality objectives, 8D and related activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of Quality Engineering.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous exposure to quality standards and auditing processes is desirable.
