PSV Driver – Make a Difference Every Day
Location: In-person (various routes)
Hours: Term-time, approx. 30 hours per week (Mon–Fri), with optional evenings/weekends
Pay: £15/hr basic, £17/hr private hire
About the Role
At Kinect Services, we provide safe, reliable, and respectful transport for children and adults with special needs and vulnerabilities. As one of our PSV Drivers, you’ll be a trusted, friendly face on their daily journeys – whether it’s getting to school, day services, or community activities.

What You’ll Do
- Safely drive company vehicles, including minibuses and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
- Welcome passengers on board with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
- Support passenger comfort and dignity at all times.
- Build positive relationships with passengers, their families, and destination staff.
- Keep your vehicle clean, roadworthy, and ready for each journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Licence: Valid PSV/D1 driving licence.
- CPC: Current Driver CPC (with up-to-date hours).
- Ability to meet Group 2 medical standards.
- Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this if you don’t have one).
- Comfortable using a smartphone and email for basic work communications.
