Duties and responsibilities
- Raise quotations using sales and stock management system
- Discuss customer’s needs and technical requirements
- Quote price and delivery to customers based on established pricing structures.
- Provide technical information, research where necessary
- Identify sales opportunities
- Fulfil orders by transferring from customer orders to sales and stock management system
- Communicate with customers to advise expected delivery date and follow order through to confirmed delivery, reporting delays and tracking orders
- Develop customer relationships and accounts via phone calls, emails and other market research
- Maintain an awareness of customer’s credit standing and following all company procedures regarding extending of credit and terms and conditions
- Coordinates with Business Development Managers, Department Managers or company Directors to resolve any customer issues and maximize opportunities.
Basic Requirements

Uncompromising commitment to customer service
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Numerate
Computer literate
Preferably own transport living within a 10 mile radius
