Join a fast-growing manufacturing company investing in the latest CNC technology. We're looking for a hands-on Machine Shop Operative to set and operate CNC routers as part of a small, skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC routers
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Inspect parts to meet customer specifications
- Ensure tooling and materials are ready for production
- Support with costings and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- CNC setting/operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Proactive and reliable team player
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Chance to learn how to set and operate CNC Lathes and CNC Mills
