The Role:
- Operate and set up jig boring machines and manual mills to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machining requirements
- Select and install appropriate tools and fixtures
- Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished parts to verify performance to specifications through precision measuring
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with jig boring and manual milling
