Client Manager – Accountancy Practice

We are working with a forward-thinking and growing accountancy firm with offices across the region. Due to continued client growth, they’re now looking to appoint an Assistant Manager to join their Bishops Stortford team.
The Role:As the Client Manager, you will play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients. You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing management accounts
- Completion of year-end statutory accounts
- Corporation and personal tax returns
- Overseeing and mentoring junior team members
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and supporting their ongoing growth

What We’re Looking For:- ACCA / ACA part-qualified, finalist or qualified
- Experience within an accountancy practice (client-facing essential)
- Confident preparing management and statutory accounts
- Comfortable reviewing junior work and liaising directly with clients
- A proactive and positive mindset
