Factory Operative - Counterbalance FLT Driver
Shift work (7am-7pm, 4 on / 4 off)
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (starting 23rd December 2025)
HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Factory Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our client's busy production team on their production area/warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing environment, working within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Supporting production and warehouse operations as required
- Loading and unloading materials and finished goods
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
- Adhering to site health & safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general factory duties when not on the FLT
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off (7am-7pm)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and committed to supporting the business during peak periods
