Day Supervisor - Independent School, Hertfordshire

Connaught Education is currently working with a well-regarded independent school in Hertfordshire that is seeking a Day Plus Supervisor to lead their wraparound care provision for pupils aged 7-13.
In this role, you'll:
Oversee morning and evening wraparound care (including mealtimes)
Lead a small team to deliver structured, enriching activities
Provide a calm and supportive environment during homework time
Foster strong communication with pupils, parents, and staff
Support safeguarding as a Deputy DSL
