Early Years Nursery Practitioner

Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3 or Above)
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming team in Bishop's Stortford.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who is committed to providing exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5

• Plan and deliver engaging activities based on the EYFS framework

• Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

• Work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with families

• Monitor and record children's progress and development

• A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (Level 3 preferred)

• A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development

• Previous experience working in an early years setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
