Role: Administrator
Location: Bishops Stortford
Hours: 8.15am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday - 39.5 hours
Salary: £12.50 to £13.50 an hour, weekly pay
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Bishops Stortford on a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
Duties of an Administrator:
- Adding sales orders and purchase orders to SAP
- Chasing suppliers to pull parts in
- Scheduling workloads
- Data admin
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Confirming purchase orders
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience as an administrator
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Available to start ASAP
