- Advising clients on lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and right to manage claims
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to freehold and leasehold property
- Liaising with clients, surveyors, and legal professionals
- Supporting broader property transactions, including residential elements where appropriate
- Contributing to the team’s business development activities, including seminars and article writing
- A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1–4 years PQE, with enfranchisement experience
- Technically strong and up to date with relevant legislation
- Commercially aware with a practical, problem-solving approach
- Client-focused, well-organised, and detail-oriented
- A confident communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships
- Enthusiastic about business development and team collaboration
- Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience
