Commercial Property Solicitor – Leading Firm | HertfordshireSalary: Up to £75,000 (Dependent on experience)PQE: 1–4 YearsJob Type: Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid WorkingI'm currently working in partnership with a highly regarded and progressive law firm based in Hertfordshire, who are looking to expand their successful Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE, particularly someone with strong enfranchisement experience and ideally some background in residential property.The firm is known for its strong reputation in property law, friendly and collegiate culture, and commitment to providing exceptional client service.The Role: You’ll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters with a focus on enfranchisement. This includes:
  • Advising clients on lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and right to manage claims
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to freehold and leasehold property
  • Liaising with clients, surveyors, and legal professionals
  • Supporting broader property transactions, including residential elements where appropriate
  • Contributing to the team’s business development activities, including seminars and article writing
About You: The ideal candidate will be:
  • A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1–4 years PQE, with enfranchisement experience
  • Technically strong and up to date with relevant legislation
  • Commercially aware with a practical, problem-solving approach
  • Client-focused, well-organised, and detail-oriented
  • A confident communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships
  • Enthusiastic about business development and team collaboration
