We are currently recruiting for a very exciting Marketing Executive position, for our client based in Bishop’s Stortford, who are a data specialist recruiter for commercial and technical professionals across the UK, Europe, and United States. This role will involve content creation and campaign planning to social media management, employer branding, and CRM strategy. The successful candidate must be hands-on, creative, and commercially minded who’s excited to make their mark on a growing brand.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy
- Write and produce regular marketing content: articles, newsletters, thought pieces, case studies, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the founder and consultants to turn market insights into engaging, valuable content
- Own and evolve the brand tone of voice, look and feel
- Oversee the website: content updates, performance tracking, SEO improvements
- Manage and grow their LinkedIn presence and other relevant social platforms
- Design marketing assets: brochures, one-pagers, decks, etc.
- Plan and execute targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns to both clients and candidates
- Manage CRM segmentation and contact nurturing flows
- Analyse marketing data and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve reach and ROI
- Support recruitment marketing efforts to attract top internal talent
- Work with the founder on internal communications and culture content
- Help produce recruitment packs and employer brand collateral
Keys Skills:
- Must have B2B marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and content production skills
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, HubSpot/Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar
- Strategic thinker with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with paid social / LinkedIn advertising
- SEO or Google Analytics knowledge
