We have an an exciting opportunity to join a growing local company as a marketing operative. Your role will be to take charge of the marketing function and support with building the brand presence online, content strategy, CRM and lead generation.
Our client is looking for someone motivated and driven to get stuck in and help support the continued growth of the business. They are keen to speak to candidates with B2B marketing experience, content creation and someone capable of putting together a strong marketing strategy and put it into practice.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaigns
- Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy (LinkedIn, email, blog, etc.)
- Write and produce regular marketing content: articles, newsletters, thought pieces, case studies, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the founder and team to turn market insights into engaging, valuable content
Digital Marketing & Branding
- Own and evolve the brand tone of voice, look and feel
- Oversee the website: content updates, performance tracking, SEO improvements
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence and other relevant social platforms
- Design marketing assets: brochures, one-pagers, decks, etc.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Plan and execute targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Manage CRM segmentation and contact nurturing flows
- Analyse marketing data and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve reach and ROI
