PART TIME Production Administrator

25 hours per week

Monday to Friday 8am -1pm

HRGO are looking for a reliable and organised Production Administrator to join a leading design and manufacturer of metal cladding and faade systems.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the heart of operations, making sure customer orders are processed accurately, stock levels are maintained, and goods flow smoothly from the factory floor to the customer. You will be the link between the office, warehouse, suppliers, and logistics teams, ensuring production and deliveries run on time.



What you'll be doing:

  • Processing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring details are accurate and complete.

  • Liaising with the warehouse and factory teams to prepare, track and dispatch jobs.

  • Registering new jobs, creating job cards, and ensuring paperwork is accurate.

  • Monitoring stock levels, raising purchase orders, and assisting with reordering.

  • Coordinating collections and deliveries with logistics partners.

  • Checking deliveries against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies with suppliers.

  • Producing documents such as delivery notes, shipping labels, and packing lists.

  • Supporting the Production Supervisor with scheduling and progress tracking.

  • Maintaining accurate records for production, deliveries, and Health & Safety.







What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing or production.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks.

  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with warehouse staff, suppliers, and couriers.

  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook; experience with order/production systems a bonus).

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail.

  • Reliable, punctual, and happy working as part of a close-knit team.

  • Own transport required due to location.
