ACR are working with one of the biggest Developers in Hertfordshire who are looking to appoint either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor to add to their long standing team.

More about the role:
- Preparing and issuing tenders, analysing returns, and negotiating subcontractor packages
- Reviewing drawings to define scopes of work and ensure accurate cost planning
- Managing monthly cost reports, forecasts, and subcontractor accounts
- Attending site meetings, providing commercial input, and supporting project teams
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and resolving commercial issues
- Preparing valuations, payments, and final account settlements while maintaining clear project records
