Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to housebuilder clients.
- Negotiate terms and manage the acquisition process from start to finish.
Skills and Experience required:
- Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the viability of land opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the UK property market; knowledge of the Middle East market is advantageous.
