Job Description

As a Branch Rental Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure the branch is profitable and efficient, manage our fleet of vehicle, handle customer service request, train and lead a team of rental assistants and drivers, and drive sales and business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the fleet, ensuring customer satisfaction, setting and monitoring financial targets, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining property and asset condition. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management:

Ensure the efficient daily operation of the branch, including managing the vehicle fleet and maintaining assets and facilities. 

  • Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. 

  • Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and achieving high performance standards. 

  • Financial Performance:

Monitor and manage financial targets, including increasing revenue and rental margins, controlling operational costs, and preparing financial reports. 

  • Sales & Business Development:

Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and develop the business. 

  • Fleet Management:

Manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, matching vehicles with customer needs, and coordinating maintenance. 

  • Asset Custody:

Act as the custodian of company assets, including cash receipts and rental assets, and manage accounts receivable. 

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience 

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Ability to manage financial data and develop marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle rental operations.
