HRGO are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join an In-flight service team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless in-flight experience by managing catering logistics, supporting cabin crew with service briefs and galley plans, and ensuring exceptional quality for our private charter clients. The position is full time, offices based in Bishops Stortford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and supervision of all in-flight services to ensure a seamless and exceptional passenger experience.
  • Act as a liaison between the cabin crew and ground operations to maintain efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of in-flight amenities and supplies.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to crew members to enhance the quality of customer service.
  • Address and resolve any passenger concerns or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to improve service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable or cabin crew.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation industry.
